摘　　要：睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)型干眼是一种常见的眼表疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。“态靶理论”作为一种新兴的中医辨证论治方法,为干眼的辨证与治疗提供了新的思路。本文旨在基于“态靶理论”构建MGD型干眼的中、西医整合诊疗理论框架,介绍MGD型干眼的中医病因病机及临床表现,阐述“态靶理论”的基本概念及其在干眼辨治中的应用。通过分析“态靶理论”指导下的辨证论治方法,结合临床案例,探讨了该理论在改善干眼症状、提高治疗效果方面的优势,并对“态靶理论”在MGD型干眼治疗中的前景进行了展望。本研究可为MGD型干眼的临床治疗提供新的参考。Meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)-associated dry eye is a common ocular surface disease that significantly impacts patients'quality of life.As an emerging Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment approach,the"State-target Theory"provides new insights into the diagnosis and management of dry eye.This study aims to establish an integrative TCM and Western Medicine theoretical framework for the diagnosis and treatment of MGD-associated dry eye based on the"State-target Theory".It introduces the TCM etiology,pathogenesis,and clinical manifestations of MGD-associated dry eye,elaborates on the fundamental concepts of the"State-target Theory"and its application in syndrome differentiation and treatment of dry eye.Through an analysis of treatment methods guided by the"State-target Theory",combined with clinical case studies,this study explores the advantages of this approach in alleviating dry eye symptoms and enhancing therapeutic efficacy.Additionally,it provides an outlook on the potential of the"State-Target Theory"in the treatment of MGD-associated dry eye.This research serves as a novel reference for the clinical management of MGD-associated dry eye.
