摘　　要：《黄帝内经》提出“肝开窍于目”,在十二经脉中,目与肝脏之间通过经络保持密切的联系,唯有肝脉是本经直接上连目系,肝脉在眼与肝之间起着沟通表里,运行气血,联络眼与肝脏的作用,是肝血、肝气上升于目的桥梁。目为肝窍,肝主疏泄功能正常,肝气调和,经络通畅,则全身气机疏通畅达,推动津液、气血正常运行则肝受血而能视,若肝经气血逆乱,肝气失和,水谷精微不能上荣于目,则生目疾。本文根据中医的整体观和辨证思维,应用针刺经络刺激整体穴位,调节全身气血、阴阳和脏腑功能,并着重从肝经入手论治干眼,滋养肝血、清肝泻火、疏肝解郁健脾,从而改善眼睛干涩、疲劳等症状,疗效显著,并能够更好地发挥中医针刺的优势,为干眼的治疗提供新的思路和方法。The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon states"Liver manifests its orifices in the eyes".In the twelve regular meridians system,the eyes maintain close connections with liver through meridians.Notably,liver meridian stands as the only channel that directly links to the ocular system.It serves as a vital bridge connecting the exterior and interior,transporting Qi and blood between the eyes and liver,enabling the upward infusion of liver blood and Qi to the ocular region.As liver governs the eyes'orifices,normal liver dispersion function with harmonious Qi flow and unobstructed meridians ensures smooth circulation of Qi throughout the body,promoting proper transportation of body fluids and blood.Conversely,disturbances in liver meridian Qi-blood flow may lead to insufficient nourishment of the eyes by essential nutrients,resulting in ocular disorders.This study adopts the holistic perspective and dialectical thinking of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),utilizing acupuncture to stimulate systemic acupoints for regulating Qi,blood,Yin-Yang balance,and visceral functions.Focusing on liver meridian intervention,the treatment protocol emphasizes three therapeutic principles:Nourishing liver blood,clearing liver fire,and soothing liver stagnation while fortifying spleen.Clinical observations demonstrate significant efficacy in alleviating ocular dryness and fatigue symptoms.This approach not only highlights the unique advantages of TCM acupuncture but also provides novel insights and methodologies for dry eye management.
