摘  要:数智技术深刻重塑商业环境和教育环境。培养高质量的数智化财务人才,必须从构建合理的课程体系入手。通过调研31家企事业单位数智化财务人才需求情况,梳理分析数智化财务岗位特征,明确数智化财务人才培养定位。应用型本科高校应顺应社会需求,将数智技术融入教学中,构建分阶递进的数智化财务课程体系,从数智财务基础、数智财务技能、数智财务实践三个层次培养应用型数智化财务人才,合理规划不同课程模块并在教学实践中不断进行优化,最终实现从社会需求到人才培养的有效衔接。Digital intelligence profoundly reshapes the business and educational environments.To cultivate high-quality digital intelligent financial talents,it is necessary to start with building a reasonable curriculum system.By conducting research on the demand for digical intelligent financial talents in 31 enterprises and institutions,this paper analyzes the characteristics of intelligent financial positions,and clarifyies the positioning of digical intelligent financial talent cultivation.Applied undergraduate universities should adapt to social needs,integrate digital intelligence technology into teaching,construct a hierarchical and progressive digital intelligent finance curriculum system,cultivate applied digital intelligece finance talents from three levels:digital finance foundation,digital intelligence finance skills,and digital intelligent finance practice,plan different course modules reasonably,continuously optimize them in teaching practice,and ultimately achieve effective connection from social needs to talent cultivation.
