摘  要:乡村教师在乡村振兴战略下的精神扶贫工作中,肩负着乡土文化传承者、乡村课堂守望者、乡风文明引导者的时代使命。然而,实际工作中,乡村教师面临参与“精神扶贫”存在扶贫意愿不强、内生动力不足、扶贫能力不济等诸多现实困境。为此,为发挥其知识精英的引领作用,更好地履行“精神扶贫”使命。首先,政府需要深化服务保障职能,为乡村教师提供更多的支持和保障,提高他们的参与积极性。其次,需要弘扬“新乡贤”文化,激发乡村教师的内源性动力,引领他们更好地履行使命。最后,需要加强乡村教师的培训,提高他们的“精神扶贫”攻坚能力,为乡村振兴事业贡献更多的力量。Rural teachers,in the spiritual poverty alleviation under the rural revitalization strategy,shoulder the mission of the times as the inheritor of local culture,the watcher of rural classrooms,and the guider of rural customs and civilizations.However,in the actual work,the rural teachers are faced with many practical dilemmas in participating in the“spiritual poverty alleviation”,such as the lack of strong willingness to participate in the“spiritual poverty alleviation”,the lack of endogenous motivation,and the lack of poverty alleviation ability.Therefore,in order to give full play to the leading role of their intellectual elites and better fulfill the“spiritual poverty alleviation”mission.First of all,the government needs to deepen the service and guarantee function,provide more support and guarantee for the rural teachers,and improve their enthusiasm for participation.Secondly,it is necessary to carry forward the“new village scholars”culture,stimulate the endogenous motivation of the rural teachers,and lead them to better fulfill their mission.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the training of rural teachers,improve their ability to tackle the difficulties of“spiritual poverty alleviation”,and contribute more to the cause of rural revitalization.
