高校美术类专业志愿服务育人体系探究

摘　　要：“夫画者,成教化,助人伦。”此为唐代张彦远在《历代名画记》中对绘画社会功能性的阐述。美术绘画作为视觉图形语言在石器时代便开启了对符号的象征以及对现实的记录,在东晋时期便有顾恺之《女史箴图》开创了美术语言在教化与审美上的和谐统一。现今在志愿服务之中融入美术类专业特色来发展志愿服务的社会教化功能已成为各大美术院校的志愿实践方向之一,但从社会服务来看,由于美术类的专业技能限制及社区组织需求的不匹配,此类志愿服务较难找到合适的项目,使得专业志愿服务实践活动较少,高校美术志愿服务育人体系建设程度不高。为不断完善我国的志愿服务制度与社会工作体系,美术类专业志愿服务育人体系应根据时代特性重新构建,引领大学生积极投身志愿服务事业,同时在志愿服务之中提升、检验学生的专业技能水平,培养具备人民性及时代性的专业人才。“Painters serve as cultivating.”This is the social function of painting as described by Zhang Yanyuan in the“Records of Famous Paintings in the Past Dynasties”in the Tang Dynasty.As a visual graphic language,art painting has opened up the symbolization of symbols and the recording of reality in the Stone Age.In the Eastern Jin Dynasty,Gu Kaizhi’s“The Admonitions of the Female Historian”pioneered the harmonious unity of art language in education and aesthetics.Nowadays,integrating art-related professional characteristics into volunteer service to develop the social education function has become one of the volunteer practice directions of major art colleges.However,from the perspective of social service,due to the limitations of professional skills in art and the mismatch between community organization needs,it is difficult to find suitable projects for such volunteer service,resulting in fewer professional volunteer service practice activities and a low degree of construction of the education system for art volunteer service in universities.In order to continuously improve China’s volunteer service system and social work system,the education system for art-related volunteer service should be reconstructed according to the characteristics of the times,leading college students to actively participate in volunteer service.At the same time,it is necessary to improve and test students’professional skills in volunteer service,and cultivate professionals with a people-oriented and contemporary nature.
