师范专业认证背景下民办高校教师身份认同提升的叙事研究

摘  要:教师身份认同对于提升民办高校办学质量具有重要意义。对某民办高校教师在师范专业认证工作前后的身份认同历程的叙事分析发现,师范专业认证政策有助于提升民办高校教师的身份认同。师范专业认证的政策导向下,高校人文环境特别是人际环境的改善,教师专业态度的转变、专业知识和专业能力的提升是提升民办高校教师身份认同的关键因素。为此,国家要继续提供政策支持,民办高校要搭建良好的人际环境,教师个人要树立专业发展意识并主动、持续提升专业素养。Teacher’identity plays an important role in improving the quality of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.The conclusion of the narrative research is that teacher professional certification is helpful to enhance the teachers'identity in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.Under the policy guidance of teacher professional certification,the improvement of the humanistic environment,especially the interpersonal environment,the change of teachers'professional attitude,the promotion of professional knowledge and professional ability are the key factors to enhance the identity of teachers.So,the national government should continue to provide policy support,while non-governmental institutions of higher learning should create a positive interpersonal environment,and teachers should be ready to adjust the approach when necessary。
