摘　　要：青年思政工作是党的青年工作的重要组成部分,加强和改进国有企业青年工作对于充分发挥青年主力军作用、促进企业改革发展十分关键。本文以中国国际石油化工联合有限责任公司为例,在充分分析当前青年群体思想特征的基础上,提出了做好新时期青年思政工作的方法策略,阐明了国有企业开展“大思政”工作的实践探索。Youth ideological and political work is an important part of the Party’s youth work.Strengthening and improving youth work in state-owned enterprises is crucial to give full play to the role of youth as the main force and promote the reform and development of enterprises.This paper takes UNIPEC as an example,on the basis of fully analyzing the ideological characteristics of the current youth group,puts forward the methods and strategies to do a good job in the ideological and political work of the young people in the new era,and expounds the practical exploration of state-owned enterprises to carry out the“great ideological and political”work.
