摘 要:在全面从严治党与基层治理深化的背景下,基层“微腐败”治理成为企业健康发展的重要课题。销售企业加能站作为基层网点,一线员工因涉及资金、物资管理等“小微权力”,易滋生滥用职权、违规套利等“微腐败”行为。这些行为不仅损害企业经济利益,还破坏政治生态,给企业运营埋下重大风险隐患。有必要构建全方位治理体系,强化“惩、治、防”一体化机制,确保企业健康稳定发展。Under the background of strict Party governance and deepening of grassroots governance,the governance of“micro corruption”at grassroots level of the enterprises has become an important issue for the healthy development of enterprises.As a grass-roots network,front-line employees of the refueling stations of sales enterprises are prone to abuse of power,illegal arbitrage and other“micro corruption”because of the“small and micro power”involved in capital and material management.These actions not only damage the economic interests of enterprises,but also destroy the political ecology,and lay major risks for the operation of enterprises.It is necessary to build a comprehensive governance system and strengthen the integrated mechanism of“punishment,treatment and prevention”to ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.
