摘　　要：本文通过分析企业经验萃取存在的问题,结合培训理论开展企业经验萃取“四段五步”研训项目设计并开展在线培训应用实践,为有效提升员工经验萃取能力、实现萃取成果输出提供解决方案,为企业经验萃取培训开发设计和效果提升提供借鉴。This paper analyzes challenges in enterprise experience extraction and,guided by training theories,designs a“Four-Stage,Five-Step”program implemented through online training.It offers solutions to boost employees’extraction skills and produce tangible outputs,providing insights for enhancing the design and effectiveness of experience extraction training in enterprises.
