摘　　要：家鹅是重要的家禽之一,驯养历史悠久,品种繁多,具有重要经济价值,探究家鹅的驯化史有助于家鹅种质资源的保护和利用。早期研究人员主要通过考古学、群体遗传学和基因组学等手段对家鹅的起源和驯化进行研究并取得一定成果。目前,随着古DNA技术的发展以及田螺山遗址中古代家鹅遗骸的出土,利用古DNA技术探索中国家鹅的早期起源与驯化成为可能。文章综述了家鹅的起源与驯化研究进展,并对研究过程中面临的问题和未来发展趋势进行总结和展望,以期为家鹅种质资源保护和育种提供参考。Geese are one of the essentially economic domestic fowls with a long history of domestication and a wide variety of breeds.Exploring the domestication history of geese is beneficial for protecting and utilizing goose genetic resources.Early re-searchers mainly used various methods such as archaeology,population genetics,and genomics to study the domestication history of geese and achieved specific results.With the development of ancient DNA research technology and the excavation of ancient goose remains at Tianluoshan,it has become possible to study the early origin and domestication of geese using ancient DNA methods.This article reviewed the progress of research on the origin and domestication of geese and summarized and looked for-ward to the problems faced in the research and future development trends,to provide reference for the conservation and breeding of domestic geese.
