摘  要:论文研究了Coipasa盐湖冬季所产原卤在25℃等温蒸发过程中的结晶顺序。在25℃下的结晶路径是通过多相图组合模拟的,其中涉及Na^(+)、K^(+)、Mg2^(+)/Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)—H_(2)O五元体系298 K(介稳)相图以及Li^(+)、Mg2^(+)/Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)—H_(2)O四元体系298 K(介稳)相图和Mg2^(+)/Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、B_(6)O_(10)^(2-)—H_(2)O四元体系298 K相图。通过相图分析得出了该盐湖卤水的理论结晶路线,并通过实验进行验证。结合蒸发过程中固、液相的元素分析及析出固相的X射线衍射结果分析表明,卤水中盐类结晶顺序与相图预测的结晶顺序一致,主要析出盐类包含氯化钠、氯化钾、光卤石、泻利盐、水氯镁石、三方硼镁石等,最后锂、硼被浓缩在老卤中成为膜法提锂的合格老卤。这项研究对实际生产中通过盐田工艺对卤水浓缩分离的过程具有指导意义。In this thesis,the crystallization sequence of winter raw brine from the Coipasa Salt Lake was investigated during isothermal evaporation at 25℃.The crystallization paths at 25℃temperature were simulated by a combination of multi-phase diagrams involving the Na^(+),K^(+),Mg^(2+)/Cl^(-),SO_(4)^(2-)H_(2)O quintuple system 298 K(metastable)phase diagrams as well as the Li^(+),Mg^(2+)/Cl^(-),SO_(4)^(2-)H_(2)O quaternary system 298 K(metastable)phase diagrams and the Mg^(2+)/Cl^(-),SO_(4)^(2-),B_(6)O_(10)^(2-)-H_(2)O quaternary system 298 K phase diagrams.The theoretical crystallization route of this salt lake brine was derived from the phase diagram analysis and verified experimentally.The solid-liquid phases separated during the evaporation process were analyzed by elemental analysis and the X-ray diffraction results of the precipitated solid phases were analyzed.The crystallization sequence of the salts in the brine was obtained,which was consistent with the crystallization sequence predicted by the phase diagram,and the main precipitated salts included Halite,Sylvite,Carnallite,Epsomite,Bischofite,Mcallisterite.Finally,lithium and boron are concentrated in the old brine to become qualified old brine for lithium extraction by membrane process.This study is instructive for the process of brine concentration and separation by saline field process in actual production.
