摘 要:当前,学习科学正成为智能时代教育变革的关键,教师学习科学素养对教育教学与教师专业发展的重要性也愈加突显,亟需统一的概念界定和稳定的共识框架。为此,文章在国内外已有资料的基础上,初步构建了教师学习科学素养框架,并开展了三轮德尔菲法调查征询专家意见。根据专家意见,文章对框架维度进行了增补、删减和调整,最终得到的教师学习科学素养框架包括4个一级维度、13个二级维度和35个三级维度,其中一级维度包括学习科学意识、学习科学知识、学习科学技能、自我应用与发展。经验证,教师学习科学素养框架各维度具有良好的结构效度,可以应用到未来的教师培养体系构建、课程开发和评价指标建设中,为教师专业发展提供学习科学领域的参考框架。At present,learning science is becoming the key to educational transformation in the intelligence era,and the significance of teacher literacy in learning science for education,teaching and teachers’professional development has become increasingly prominent.There is an urgent need for a unified conceptual definition and a stable consensus framework.Therefore,based on the existing data at home and abroad,this paper initially constructed a framework for teacher literacy in learning science,and conducted a three-round Delphi survey to consult experts’opinions.According to the feedback,the dimensions of the framework were supplemented,reduced,and adjusted,resulting in a finalized framework of teacher literacy in learning science that comprised 4 first-level dimensions,13 second-level dimensions,and 35 third-level dimensions.Among them,the first-level dimensions included awareness of learning sciences,knowledge of learning sciences,skills in learning sciences,and self-application and development.It has been verified that each dimension of the framework of teacher learning science literacy had good structural validity,which can be applied to the construction of teacher training system,curriculum development and evaluation index construction in the future,and offer a reference framework for teachers’professional development in the field of learning science.
