摘 要:近年来焦虑人群比例日益升高。呼吸训练可以有效缓解压力和焦虑。本文在以往研究基础上根据呼吸频率将呼吸训练分类,分别探讨其对焦虑的影响。随后从神经生理和心理角度探讨呼吸训练干预焦虑可能的机制,并在理论基础上提出了新的假设。未来研究有必要将呼吸训练进行更细致的分类,比较不同类型呼吸训练疗效及机制的差异,进一步探讨其心理机制。In recent years,the proportion of anxious individuals has been increasing.Breathing practices can effectively improve stress and anxiety.Based on previous researches,the review classifies breathing practices according to respiratory rate and explores their impacts on anxiety separately.Then,the possible mechanisms of breathing practices intervention for anxiety are explored from both neurophysiological and psychological perspectives,and new hypotheses are proposed based on theoretical foundations.Future researches should classify breathing practices in more detail,compare the differences in efficacy and mechanisms among different types,and further explore their psychological mechanisms.
