北京某高校大学生水痘流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析某高校水痘流行病学特征,为高校校园内水痘传播防控提供参考。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2023-10—2023-11某高校大学生水痘病例人群分布、时间分布、空间分布和疫苗接种等进行分析。结果此次水痘传播共报告病例33例,大一学生占93.94%(31/33)。使用公共洗衣机学生的水痘罹患率高于未使用公共洗衣机学生(P<0.001)。结论大一新生是高校校园内水痘高发人群,公共洗衣机等公共设施是水痘病毒传播的重要途径,宿舍等人员密集处是水痘病毒传播的主要场所。需学校、学生、家长和社会各方共同努力,建立完善的校园传染病监测预警系统,为广大师生健康提供更加有力的保障。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in a university,and to provide reference for the prevention and control of varicella transmission on campus.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the population distribution,time distribution,spatial distribution and vaccination of varicella cases among college students from October 2023 to November 2023.Results A total of 33 cases of varicella transmission were reported,and freshmen accounted for 93.94%(31/33).The incidence of varicella among students using public washing machines was higher than that among students not using public washing machines(P<0.001).Conclusion Freshmen are a high-risk group of varicella on college campus.Public facilities such as public washing machines are an important way for varicella virus transmission.Dormitories and other crowded places are the main places for varicella virus transmission.It is necessary for schools,students,parents and society to work together to establish a perfect campus infectious disease monitoring and early warning system to provide a more powerful guarantee for the health of teachers and students.
