摘  要:腺上皮肿瘤(thymic epithelial tumors,TET)来源于胸腺上皮细胞,是前纵隔最常见的肿瘤之一,通常被认为是潜在的恶性肿瘤,术前早期精准诊断TET会影响到临床治疗手段的选择及预后。目前TET术前定性诊断主要依靠病理活检,但该方法存在创伤性,无法反复取材。影像组学可以有效评估肿瘤异质性,在TET术前诊断与鉴别诊断等方面已取得初步进展。综述了影像组学在TET诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗及预后评估等方面的应用情况及存在的问题,并对其未来发展进行展望。Thyroid epithelial tumors(TET)originate from thymic epithelial cells and are one of the most common tumors in the anterior mediastinum.TET are often considered potential malignant tumors,and early and accurate preoperative diagnosis of TET can affect the choice of clinical treatment methods and prognosis.At present,the qualitative diagnosis of TET surgery mainly relies on pathological biopsy,but this method is invasive and cannot be repeatedly sampled.Imaging omics can effectively evaluate tumor heterogeneity and has made preliminary progress in preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis of TET.The application and existing problems of radiomics in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis evaluation of TET are summarized,and prospects for its future development are provided.
