摘　　要：结直肠癌(CRC)在癌症相关死亡中排名第二,受遗传、环境和慢性炎症等多种因素影响,被发现时多已晚期。手术联合辅助化疗是治疗CRC的主要方法,但对于晚期CRC疗效欠佳。研究表明,免疫检查点抑制剂疗法(ICB)在错配修复缺陷和微卫星高度不稳定性CRC的治疗中显示出较好疗效。以免疫治疗相关肿瘤微环境为出发点,综述了微卫星稳定性CRC免疫治疗领域的新进展。Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the second leading cause of cancer-related death,and is often diagnosed at an advanced stage due to various factors such as heredity,environment and chronic inflammation.Surgery combined with adjuvant chemotherapy is the main method for the treatment of CRC,but it is not effective for advanced CRC.Studies have shown that immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy(ICB)has shown good efficacy in the treatment of mismatch repair defects and microsatellite highly unstable CRC.Based on the tumor microenvironment related to immunotherapy,the new progress in the field of microsatellite-stabilized CRC immunotherapy was reviewed.
