摘　　要：目的 探讨免疫抑制剂治疗期间免疫功能监测的临床意义,以提高治疗安全性和有效性。方法 选取接受免疫抑制剂治疗的98例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组采用常规监测方法,观察组采用综合监测策略。观察患者免疫功能指标、感染发生率。结果 观察组患者T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞、免疫球蛋白G、补体C3等免疫功能指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合监测策略在免疫抑制剂治疗期间对患者免疫功能的监测具有重要意义,可有效降低感染风险,提高患者免疫力,保障患者的安全和有效治疗。Objective To explore the clinical significance of immune function monitoring during immunosuppressive therapy,in order to improve the safety and efficacy of treatment.Methods A total of 98 patients treated with immunosuppressive agents were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine monitoring method,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive monitoring strategy.The immune function indexes and infection rate of patients were observed.Results The immune function indexes of T lymphocyte subsets,B lymphocytes,natural killer cells,immunoglobulin G and complement C3 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive monitoring strategy is of great significance for the monitoring of patients’immune function during immunosuppressive therapy,which can effectively reduce the risk of infection and improve the immune function of patients,effectively protect the safety and treatment of patients.
