注射用尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗进展性卒中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞软胶囊对进展性卒中(PS)的疗效。方法:2020年6月至2022年6月,选取在赣州市人民医院赣县医院住院的80例PS患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各40例。所有患者均给予强化他汀等基础治疗3个月,伴颅内外动脉粥样硬化重度狭窄患者予以阿司匹林+氯吡格雷双抗治疗3个月,其他患者给予双抗治疗21 d。治疗组在此基础上加用注射用尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,连续使用14 d。比较两组患者的NIHSS评分、BI评分及mRS评分。结果:治疗14 d后,两组NIHSS评分和BI评分均显著优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组3个月后的mRS评分和BI评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:注射用尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞软胶囊能促进PS患者神经功能的恢复,疗效显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of urechline for injection combined with butylphthalide soft capsules in the treatment of progressive stroke(PS).Methods:From June 2020 to June 2022,80 PS patients hospitalized in Ganxian Hospital of Ganzhou People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were given basic treatments such as intensive statins for 3 months.Patients with severe intracranial and extracranial atherosclerotic stenosis received dual-anti-platelet therapy with aspirin+clopidogrel for 3 months,and other patients received dual-anti-platelet therapy for 21 days.The treatment group was additionally treated with urechline for injection combined with butylphthalide soft capsules for 14 consecutive days on this basis.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel Index(BI)score,and modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS score and BI score of both groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the two scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mRS score and BI score of the treatment group after 3 months were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Urechline for injection combined with butylphthalide soft capsules can promote the recovery of nerve function in PS patients and has a significant curative effect.
