摘　　要：以新疆天利石化稀土聚异戊二烯橡胶为原料,通过剪切乳化、蒸馏脱溶剂、离心浓缩和pH值调节等制备了人造异戊胶乳并研究其乳化体系和制备工艺。结果表明,制备人造异戊胶乳的乳化体系以歧化松香酸钾和硬脂酸钾为主乳化剂、Span 80为助乳化剂,pH值范围为9~10,油水质量比为5/5,乳化剂质量分数为2.2%;采用反相预乳化加剪切乳化两段法进行剪切乳化时,在转速3500 r/min条件下剪切10 min得到的胶液最稳定;采用连续常压蒸馏釜和间歇减压蒸馏釜串联的方式可有效脱除溶剂。常温时在转速3000 r/min的条件下离心15 min可得到固体物质量分数60%的人造异戊胶乳,其性能与美国科腾公司Kraton IRL产品相当。Using rare earth polyisoprene rubber from Xinjiang Tianli Petrochemical as raw material,artificial isoprene rubber latex was prepared by shear emulsification,distillation desolventization,centri-fugal concentration,and pH value adjustment processes,and its emulsification system and preparation process were studied.The results showed that the emulsion system for preparing artificial isoprene rubber latex was mainly composed of potassium disproportionate rosin and potassium stearate as emulsifiers,Span 80 as a co-emulsifier,pH value range of 9-10,oil and water mass ratio of 5/5,and emulsifier mass fraction of 2.2%of the total material.When using the two-stage method of reverse phase pre-emulsification and shear emulsification for shear emulsification,the most stable gel was obtained by shearing for 10 min at a speed of 3500 r/min.The series connection of continuous atmospheric distillation kettle and intermittent vacuum distillation kettle could effectively remove solvents.Under the condition of centrifugation at a speed of 3000 r/min for 15 min at room temperature,an artificial latex with a solid mass fraction of 60%could be obtained,and its performance met the product specifications of Kraton IRL from the United States.
