摘　　要：随着粮食流通体系制度的不断完善,粮食购销业务模式开始进行多元化的创新,建立有效的购销模式会显著影响企业的生产经营活动。在市场的激烈竞争中,及时调整优化购销业务模式,对企业有效地应对经营风险具有重要作用,成为壮大企业的外在力量。重点剖析国有粮食企业粮食差异化购销业务模式,分析各主要模式的适用性及风险性,为大型粮食企业进一步完善与发展购销模式风险管理提供理论与现实参考。With the continuous improvement of the grain circulation system,the grain purchase and sale business model has undergone diversified innovations.Establishing an effective purchase and sale model will significantly impact the production and operation activities of enterprises.In the fierce market competition,timely adjusting and optimizing the purchase and sale business model plays a crucial role in effectively addressing business risks for enterprises,serving as an external force for their growth.This paper focuses on analyzing the differentiated purchase and sale business models of state-owned grain enterprises,examining the applicability and riskiness of each major model,and providing theoretical and practical references for large grain enterprises to further improve and develop risk management in their purchase and sale models.
