摘 要:研究时间分辨荧光免疫层析法同时检测果蔬中啶虫脒、涕灭威、噻虫嗪残留量的适用性。考察时间分辨荧光免疫层析法同时检测啶虫脒、涕灭威、噻虫嗪在不同基质中的灵敏度,验证其样本回收率。结果啶虫脒的检出限为0.087 mg/kg,定量限为0.232 mg/kg,在0.25~10 mg/kg检测范围内线性关系良好;涕灭威的检出限为0.005 mg/kg,定量限为0.011mg/kg,在0.01~5mg/kg检测范围内线性关系良好;噻虫嗪的检出限为0.091mg/kg,定量限为0.237mg/kg,在0.25~10 mg/kg检测范围内线性关系良好,可以满足国家标准对果蔬中这些农药的限量要求。对韭菜、大白菜、马铃薯、番茄等不同样本进行加标实验,回收率与均一性均良好。除吡虫啉、环氧虫啶有一些交叉反应外,啶虫脒、涕灭威、噻虫嗪与大部分农药均无交叉反应。该方法操作快速、准确、灵敏、简便,适用于果蔬中啶虫脒、涕灭威、噻虫嗪的同时检测。To study the applicability of time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography for simultaneous determination of residues of acetamidine,aldicarb and thiamethoxam in fruits and vegetables.The sensitivity of time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography for simultaneous detection of acetamidine,aldicarb and thiamethoxam in different substrates was investigated,and the sample recovery was verified.Results The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 0.087 mg/kg and 0.232 mg/kg,and the linear relationship was good in the detection range of 0.25~10 mg/kg.The limit of detection of aldicarb was 0.005 mg/kg,the limit of quantification was 0.011 mg/kg,and the linear relationship was good in the detection range of 0.01~5 mg/kg.The limit of detection of thiamethoxam was 0.091 mg/kg,the limit of quantitation was 0.237 mg/kg,and the linear relationship was good in the detection range of 0.25~10 mg/kg.It can meet the national standards for the limits of these pesticides in fruits and vegetables.Different samples of leek,Chinese cabbage,potato and tomato were added to the standard,and the recovery and uniformity were good.In addition to some cross-reactions of imidacloprid and epoxidin,there was no cross-reaction between acetamidine,aldicarb and thiamethoxam and most pesticides.The method is rapid,accurate,sensitive,simple and suitable for simultaneous determination of acetamidine,aldicarb and thiamethoxam in fruits and vegetables.
