摘  要:目的 分析全球岛叶胶质瘤领域的研究热点及研究前沿。方法 文献来源为Web of Science数据库,检索所有与岛叶胶质瘤有关的文献,利用VOSviewer及CiteSpace进行包括作者、期刊、国家、机构、关键词等可视化分析。结果 136篇文献被用于可视化分析,该领域的发文量总体呈增长趋势;共计677位作者参与该领域的研究,其中发文量最多的作者为Hugues Duffau(10篇);发文量前三的国家分别为美国(38篇)、中国(25篇)、法国(24篇)。Journal of Neurosurgery为该领域的高影响力期刊。发文量最多的机构为蒙彼利埃大学和首都医科大学。全球范围内岛叶胶质瘤的热点包括手术治疗、切除程度、电刺激、临床队列、手术入路等。结论 全球范围内岛叶胶质瘤领域仍处于发展阶段,全球学者应进一步拓展相关领域研究的广度及深度,从而更好改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of insular glioma worldwide.Methods The literature source was the Web of Science database,and all documents related to insular glioma were retrieved.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for visualization analysis,including authors,journals,countries,institutes,and keywords.Results A total of 136 documents were used for visualization analysis,and the overall publication volume in this field has been increasing.A total of 677 authors were involved in the research in this field,with the most prolific author being Hugues Duffau(10 papers);the top three countries in terms of publication volume were the United States(38 papers),China(25 papers),and France(24 papers).The Journal of Neurosurgery was identified as high-impact journals in this field.The most prolific institutions were the University of Montpellier and Capital Medical University.The hotspots of insular glioma worldwide include surgical treatment,extent of resection,electrical stimulation,clinical cohorts,and surgical approaches.Conclusions The field of insular glioma worldwide is still in a developmental stage,and global scholars should further expand the breadth and depth of research in related field to better improve patient outcomes.
