摘 要:数字技术与实体经济深度融合情境下,企业如何把握创新节奏实现突破性创新是学术界关注的重要议题。基于组织适应理论、创新网络社群理论,构建一个有调节的中介效应模型,探究数实技术融合对突破性创新的影响路径与情境条件。以216家医疗装备企业为样本进行实证研究,结果发现:数实技术融合促使创新节奏不规则方向发展,创新节奏规则化和适度不规则化均能促进突破性创新,但过度不规则会抑制突破性创新;技术群嵌入负向调节数实技术融合与创新节奏的正向关系,创新节奏在数实技术融合与突破性创新间发挥部分中介效应。结论可为企业在数实融合情境下把握合适的创新节奏,缓解“数字化悖论”,促进突破性创新提供理论借鉴和实践启示。The Chinese Government Work Report for 2024 has highlighted the necessity of advancing collaborative research on core technologies and intensifying efforts in disruptive and cutting-edge technologies.Medical equipment,as a strategic emerging industry,is integral to the national economy,public welfare and national security.However,the high-end segment of this market is currently dominated by foreign enterprises.This situation arises because domestic enterprises face significant challenges when extending their industrial chains upstream,including high technical barriers,complex research and development processes,and heavy reliance on external resources.The widespread application of big data,cloud computing,blockchain,and artificial intelligence in the real economy has provided new ways to address China's key technology breakthroughs.Against this backdrop,exploring the impact mechanism of digital-real technology integration on breakthrough innovation in medical equipment enterprises has become highly significant.Scholars have found that absorptive capacity,dynamic capability,R&D authorization,organizational flexibility,and environmental dynamics are important mediating and moderating variables in the relationship between digital-real technology integration and breakthrough innovation.However,inconsistent results have also emerged in the research,such as positive promotion and inverted U-shaped effects.These discrepancies may stem from the failure to consider the factor of time rhythm.Time rhythm refers to an enterprise's ability to synchronize its internal operations to adapt to the external dynamic environment.Once the innovation rhythm is out of sync,it is highly likely to result in the subsequent out-of-sync innovation activities at different time points,or even rhythm chaos.This would bring severe consequences to enterprise innovation.According to the organizational adaptation theory,enterprises need to adjust the rhythm appropriately in accordance with the external environment to enhance innovation performance.
