摘　　要：在体育强国建设的战略背景下,青少年体育发展被视为实现国家体育强盛的重要基石。青少年时期是体育兴趣和习惯形成的关键阶段,促进青少年参与体育活动,有助于提升其体质健康水平,培养其团队精神与社会交往能力。然而,青少年体育发展面临顶层设计不足、学业压力与体育锻炼矛盾、资源匮乏及训练与竞赛体系不完善等多重困境。为有效应对这些挑战,需完善青少年体育发展的顶层规划,构建学业与体育协调发展的教育体系,拓宽资源渠道,优化体育发展环境,并建立科学、系统的训练与竞赛机制。通过整合多方资源与力量,促进青少年体育的全面发展,不仅能够提升国民整体健康水平,更为体育强国战略的实施提供坚实支撑。In the strategic context of building a sports power,the development of youth sports is regarded as a vital cornerstone for achieving national sports prosperity.The adolescent period is a critical phase for the formation of sports interests and habits;promoting youth participation in sports activities contributes to enhancing their physical health,cultivating teamwork spirit,and developing social interaction skills.However,youth sports development faces multiple challenges,including insufficient top-level design,conflicts between academic pressure and physical exercise,resource scarcity,and an inadequate training and competition system.To effectively address these challenges,it is essential to improve the top-level planning for youth sports development,establish an educational system that coordinates academic and sports development,broaden resource channels,optimize the sports development environment,and create a scientific and systematic training and competition mechanism.By integrating diverse resources and efforts,the comprehensive development of youth sports can be promoted,which not only enhances the overall health of the population but also provides a solid foundation for the implementation of the sports power strategy.
