科技型中小企业财务风险识别与防范策略研究

摘　　要：通过对科技型中小企业财务风险内涵进行剖析,明确财务风险的定义及其分类,并探讨风险识别的两种主要方法:定性和定量识别。在此基础上,对应提出符合企业特点的财务防范策略:财务机制的完善、资本结构的优化、财务预算的强化。以揭示科技型中小企业在财务风险管理中存在的相关性问题和具体的策略框架,为企业实现可持续发展和创新能力提供坚实的财务保障。研究成果对于指导科技型中小企业制定有效的财务风险防范措施具有深远的理论价值与实践价值。This study analyzes the connotation of financial risk in technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,clarifies the definition and classification of financial risk,and explores two main methods of risk identification:qualitative and quantitative identification.On this basis,corresponding financial prevention strategies that are in line with the characteristics of the enterprise are proposed:improvement of financial mechanisms,optimization of capital structure,and strengthening of financial budgets.So as to reveal the relevant issues and specific strategic frameworks in financial risk management of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,and provide solid financial support for enterprises to achieve sustainable development and innovation capabilities.The research results have profound theoretical and practical value in guiding technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises to develop effective financial risk prevention measures.
