摘　　要：本文对JWF1385型条并卷机的电气控制系统进行介绍,探讨如何借助PLC、人机界面、伺服驱动器以及伺服电机等设备,实现条并卷机的稳定运转。JWF1385型条并卷机与JWF1383型条并卷机相比,其动力系统得到了改进,由原单一主电机通过齿轮传动提供整车动力,变为由三套伺服电机进行分段控制。这种分段式提供动力方式为提高车速提供保障。This paper introduces the electrical control system of JWF1385 strip winding machine and explores how to achieve stable operation of the strip winding machine with the help of PLC,human-machine interface,servo drive,servo motor and other equipment.Compared with the JWF1383 strip rewinding machine,the power system of the JWF1385 strip rewinding machine has been improved.The original single main motor provides vehicle power through gear transmission,and is now controlled in sections by three sets of servo motors.this type of subsection power supply method provides assurance for increasing vehicle speed.
