摘  要:按照“一个理念、两个融合、三个符合、四个体现”的工程应用型人才培养方案,广东石油化工学院化学工程与工艺专业构建了学校、企业、行业和科研机构深度参与的产教融合育人模式,通过制定满足产业需求的人才培养方案、“聘、引、培”三举措强化教师工程能力、共建优质实践基地、教学与科研有机融合等途径,有效提升了专业的工程教育水平和人才培养质量,并在教学条件、教学改革成果等方面取得了长足发展,办学影响力得到进一步提升。According to the"one concept,two integration,three conformity,four embodiment"engineering application-oriented talent training program,the major of chemical engineering and technology at Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology has established an integrated industry and education mode with the deep participation of schools,enterprises,industries and scientific research institutions.The level of engineering education and the quality of personnel training have been effectively improved,through the formulation of talent training programs to meet the needs of the industry,the implementation of three measures of"recruitment,introduction and training"to strengthen teachers'engineering ability,the co-construction of high-quality practical bases,and the organic integration of teaching and scientific research.It has made great progress in teaching conditions and achievements.The influence of the schools has been further improved.
