摘  要:生物反应计量学是生物化工基础和生物反应工程等课程的重要内容。不少教材提到,通过建立4个元素平衡方程、1个还原度平衡方程并测定呼吸商,就可获得生物反应计量系数的唯一解。但文章的分析表明,还原度平衡方程并不是一个独立于元素平衡的方程,因此在求解生物反应计量系数时,还需要其他约束条件才能获得唯一解。相关教学过程使学生正确理解了还原度平衡方程的独立性,提高了学生的学习主动性,加深了学生对知识点的理解。Stoichiometry of bioreactions is an important part of the courses of Fundamentals of Biochemical Engineering and Bioreaction Engineering.Many textbooks indicate that the unique solution for the stoichiometric coefficients can be obtained by establishing four elements balance equations,a balance equation of the reduction degree,and measurement of respiratory quotient.However,in this work,it has been proven that the balance equation of reduction degree is not independent from the elements balance equations.Therefore,to solve the stoichiometric coefficients,additional constraints are required in order to find the unique solution.The teaching process makes students correctly understand the independence of the balance equation of reduction degree,improves students'learning initiative and deepens their understanding of the knowledge points.
