摘  要:高等分离工程课程是化学工程与技术等专业研究生的核心课程,具有多学科交叉、应用性和工程性较强的特点。在“双一流”高校化工专业人才培养目标下,课程教学团队针对高等分离工程课程中多元精馏过程的设计章节进行了案例教学探索,结合实际工程应用中精馏提纯五氟乙烷的工艺案例,将Aspen Plus软件引入案例教学中,以强化学生的自主学习、工程实践及团队协作等能力,提高学生的专业素养。Advanced Separation Engineering is a core course for graduate students majoring in chemical engineering and technology.It has the characteristics of interdisciplinary,strong applicability and engineering capability.Under the training objectives of chemical engineering specialty in colleges and universities of"double first-class"initiative,aiming at the design of multi-component distillation process in the course of Advanced Separation Engineering,case teaching has been explored.Based on the case of purifying pentafluoroethane by distllation in practical engineering application,Aspen Plus software was introduced into case teaching.The teaching can strengthen students'abilities in autonomous learning,engineering practice and team cooperation,and can improve the professional quality of students.
