摘  要:为了解决水平井传统砾石充填井筒循环通道提前砂堵的问题,提出一种裸眼防砂连续充填一体化工具。连续充填工具通过设置旁通管路,为携砂液提供了额外的充填通道,满足了出现砂堵时的充填需求。基于计算流体动力学对砾石连续充填工具进行数值模拟分析,优化喷嘴环结构参数,分析砾石连续充填规律,并验证了连续充填工具的可行性。模拟结果表明,就速度、压力和冲蚀磨损量方面来看,喷嘴环结构的最优组合为:每个喷嘴环4个喷嘴,喷嘴形状为圆形。通过数值模拟得到砾石充填规律,砾石充填会选择流动阻力最小的路径,最先充填喷嘴环1周围,充填完毕后,下游喷嘴环逐渐启动,直至水平段充填完毕,保证了充填层的连续性。当循环通道出现桥堵的情况,会有部分工具压力升高,但是不会影响充填,位于其后面的充填工具依然能以较高排量工作。A tool for open hole sand control integrated with continuous packing is developed to solve the problem of pre-sand up in the circulating channel of the traditional gravel-packed wellbore in horizontal wells.The by-pass pipe is set on the continuous packing tool,which provides additional channels for the carrier fluid to meet the packing needs in case of sand up.Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the continuous gravel packing tool is numerically simulated,the structural parameters of the nozzle ring are optimized,the rule of continuous gravel packing is analyzed,and the feasibility of the tool is verified.The simulation results show that in terms of velocity,pressure,and erosion wear,four circular nozzles on each nozzle ring is the optimal structure of the nozzle ring.The gravel packing rule is obtained through numerical simula-tion.The path with the least flow resistance may be chosen for gravel packing,and the surroundings of the No.1 nozzle ring may be packed first.After packing,the downstream nozzle ring will start to work gradually until the gravel packing is completed in the horizontal section,ensuring the continuity of the packed layer.When the circulation channel is blocked,the pressure is higher in some tools,resulting in no effect on the packing,and the packing tool behind it can still work at a higher displacement.
