摘　　要：数智技术的迅速发展深刻影响着社会产业结构、社会生活方式与经济发展方式,在城市数字化转型的背景下,规模庞大的老龄人口和过快的人口老龄化速度逐渐形成了老年人与数字化革命式发展之间的“数字鸿沟”。由此,研究老年人数字素养具有重要的价值意义。本研究基于老年人数字素养六要素框架开发调查工具,面向上海市老年群体进行大规模调查,开展基于10925份样本的数字素养总体分析与组群差异分析。通过把握上海市老年人真实的数字生活现状,面向不同主体提出老年人数字素养提升建议,促进老年人适应当前的数字社会,进而促进城市数字化转型与人民城市建设。The rapid development of digital intelligence technology has a profound impact on the social and industrial structure,social lifestyle and economic development mode.In the context of urban digital transformation,the large size of the elderly population and the rapid aging rate of the population have gradually formed a"digital divide"between the elderly and the development of the digital revolution.Therefore,it is of great value to study the digital literacy of the elderly.Based on the six-element framework of digital literacy of the elderly,this study developed a survey tool for the elderly in Shanghai,and carried out an overall analysis of digital literacy and group differences based on 10,925 samples.By grasping the real digital life status of the elderly in Shanghai,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the digital literacy of the elderly for different subjects so as to promote the adaptation of the elderly to the current digital society,and then promote the digital transformation of the city and the construction of the people's city.
