川渝地区钻井作业人员应急能力提升策略剖析

摘　　要：川渝地区油气资源丰富,但其钻井作业面临复杂地质构造、多变地形和恶劣气候条件,对作业人员应急能力提出严峻挑战。深入分析该地区钻井作业特点,探讨影响作业人员应急能力的关键因素,包括技术熟练度、安全意识、团队协作、心理素质、应急通道畅通、应急预案及演练等方面,并结合现场实际提出针对性提升策略,为提高川渝地区钻井作业安全水平提供理论支持和实践指导。Sichuan and Chongqing area is rich in oil and gas resources,but its drilling operations are faced with complex geological structure,changeable terrain and bad weather conditions,which poses severe challenges to operators'emergency ability.This paper deeply analyzed the characteristics of drilling operations in this area,discussed the key factors affecting the emergency response abili-ty of operators,including technical proficiency,safety awareness,teamwork,psychological quality,unblocking of emergency channels,emergency plans and drills,etc.,and put forward targeted improvement strategies based on the actual situation on the spot.This pro-vides theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the safety level of drilling operations in Sichuan and Chongqing area.
