摘　　要：财神文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,它不仅体现了中国人对物质财富的向往,更承载着对精神超越与人格完满的价值追求。这种文化承认财富与幸福人生的天然联系,同时强调在财富获取和分配中应有更多的道德考量。中国传统财神文化中的义利之辨,即敬利畏义、义利并举、以利促义的财富观,体现了对实现生命与人生意义和价值的深切人文关怀。深入分析中国传统财神文化中的义利之辨及其内涵,对于理解国人财富观的形成与发展,以及引导当代中国人树立科学的生命观、人生观和价值观,过上幸福人生、实现人生价值具有重要的现实意义。The God of Wealth culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.It not only reflects the Chinese people’s yearning for material wealth but also carries the value pursuit of spiritual transcendence and personal integrity.This culture acknowledges the natural connection between wealth and a happy life while emphasizing the importance of moral considerations in the acquisition and distribution of wealth.The distinction between righteousness and profit in the traditional Chinese God of Wealth culture,which involves respecting profit while fearing righteousness,pursuing both righteousness and profit,and promoting righteousness through profit,reflects a deep humanitarian concern for realizing the meaning and value of life.A thorough analysis of the distinction between righteousness and profit within the traditional Chinese God of Wealth culture is significant for understanding the formation and development of the Chinese perspective on wealth,as well as for guiding contemporary Chinese people in establishing a scientific view of life,life values,and a value system to lead a happy life and achieve life values.
