摘　　要：新经济、新业态背景下,职业教育尝试结合市场需求逐步革新办学模式。基于教育链、产业链、创新链、人才链构建职业教育产教融合生态圈,可以促进职业教育与产业深度融合、实现人才资源的优化配置、激发现代社会科技创新活力、促进职业教育与经济社会的良性互动。目前,职业教育体系仍存在“四链融合”内部运行结构衔接不畅、资源配置的不合理导致供需矛盾突出、产教融合相关主体协同合作深度有限、尚未构建相应政校行企协同治理体系等困境。基于此,相关主体需要以协同育人理念优化生态圈布局、强化资源需求对接加强“四链”适应性、加强平台建设促进产教深度融合、政策导向共同构建协同治理体系,为职业教育产教融合生态圈构建提供保障,促进职业教育高质量发展,为经济社会发展提供强力支撑。In the context of the new economy and new business models,vocational education is attempting to gradually reform its educational models in response to market demand.Building a vocational education industry education integration ecosystem based on the education chain,industry chain,innovation chain,and talent chain can promote the deep integration of vocational education and industry,optimize the allocation of talent resources,stimulate the vitality of modern social technological innovation,and promote the positive interaction between vocational education and the economy and society.At present,the vocational education system still faces difficulties such as poor internal operation structure connection of the“four chain integration”,unreasonable resource allocation leading to prominent supply demand contradictions,limited depth of collaborative cooperation among relevant entities in the integration of industry and education,and the lack of a corresponding government college enterprise collaborative governance system.Based on this,relevant parties need to optimize the layout of the ecosystem with the concept of collaborative education,strengthen resource demand docking,enhance the adaptability of the“four chains”,strengthen platform construction to promote deep integration of industry and education,and jointly build a collaborative governance system with policy guidance to provide guarantees for the construction of the vocational education industry education integration ecosystem,promote high quality development of vocational education,and provide strong support for economic and social development.
