摘 要:水性油墨因环保和附着性能优良,已用于人造板饰面装饰纸印刷,其耐光变色性能成为影响产品质量和使用寿命的关键因素。不同颜色油墨在光照条件下的光变色行为存在显著差异。本研究选取不同的黄色、红色、蓝色、白色和黑色共13种水性油墨,通过自然晾晒和氙灯老化试验,测定不同颜色油墨的色差值及耐光色牢度等级。结果表明,黑色和白色油墨的耐光性优异,色差值最低且色牢度等级达到4-5级;蓝色油墨次之,色牢度等级为4级;黄色和红色油墨耐光性较差,特别是在氙灯暴晒条件下,黄色油墨的色差值最高,达到3.63。本研究为人造板饰面印刷装饰纸用油墨的选择和耐光变色性能改进提供了科学依据,对于提升产品质量和延长使用寿命具有重要意义。Water-based inks are gradually replacing traditional solvent-based inks for wood-based panel coating due to their environmentally friendly and excellent adhesion properties.Its light-induced discoloration of water-based inks is a critical factor affecting product quality and service life.However,there are significant differences in the light-induced discoloration of different color inks under light conditions,which need to be systematically evaluated.In this study,five water-based inks,including yellow,red,blue,white and black,were chosen to determine the color deviation and light fastness rating of different color inks through natural sunlight and xenon lamp exposure tests.According to the results,black and white inks showed excellent light-induced discoloration,with the lowest color deviation and light fastness level 4-5,blue ink follows,with light fastness level 4,yellow and red inks demonstrated poor lightfastness,especially under xenon lamp exposure,and the yellow ink had the highest color deviation of 3.63.This study provided scientific evidence for ink selection and the improvement of light-induced discoloration in printing decorative paper for wood-based panels,and was significant for enhancing product quality and prolonging service life.
