摘  要:木制品表面的疏水、疏油及抗指纹特性对其清洁性、美观度和耐用性至关重要。本研究选用3种含氟硅氧烷抗指纹剂(PDMS、PFOTS、FSi)对油漆饰面实木复合地板和三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板表面进行处理,通过对表面微观结构、光泽度、润湿性、耐污性及抗指纹性能的比较分析,评估其实际应用效果。结果表明,3种抗指纹剂均可改善表面微观结构并增强遮蔽效果。相比对照组,PFOTS和FSi显著提升了表面耐污性能。PFOTS在疏水、疏油和耐油性笔测试中表现优异,但抗指纹性能较弱,仅达D级;FSi则在综合性能和光泽度保持方面表现最佳。本研究为功能性木制品的开发和生产提供了重要参考。The hydrophobic,oleophobic,and anti-fingerprint properties of wood products surface are essential for maintaining cleanliness,enhancing aesthetics,and ensuring durability.This study assessed the application of three fluorosilane anti-fingerprint agents(PDMS,PFOTS,and FSi)on painted engineered wood flooring and decorative particleboard.Surface properties,such as microstructure,gloss,wettability,stain resistance,and anti-fingerprint performance were systematically analyzed.The results showed that all three agents enhanced the surface microstructure,and offered effective masking and modification effects.Compared to untreated samples,both PFOTS and FSi markedly improved surface stain resistance.Although PFOTS demonstrated excellent hydrophobicity,oleophobicity,and resistance to oil-based markers,its anti-fingerprint performance was limited,receiving only a Dgrade rating.In contrast,FSi delivered the best overall performance across all metrics,with minimal impact on surface gloss.These findings provided valuable guidance for developing and manufacturing functional wood products.
