摘 要:采用自制唑啉类防霉剂和三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶在连续压机生产线上批量试制环保型防霉纤维板,并对其理化性能和防霉效果进行评价。结果表明,当防霉剂载药量为0.6%时,纤维板防霉性能达到LY/T 2230—2013《人造板防霉性能评价》规定的防霉级要求;防霉剂的添加未显著影响纤维板的力学强度、防水性能和甲醛释放量等理化性能,物理力学性能满足GB/T 11718—2021《中密度纤维板》中干燥状态使用的家具型纤维板要求,甲醛释放量符合GB/T 39600—2021《人造板及其制品甲醛释放量分级》规定的E0级要求。The environmental friendly mold-resistant fibreboard was trial produced in batch on the continuous press production line with self-made azoline mold-resistant agent and melamine modified urea formaldehyde resin,and the physical and chemical properties and mold-resistant effect were evaluated.The results showed that when the mold-resistant agent loading was 0.6%,the mold-resistant performance of fibreboard reached the mold-resistant level specified in LY/T 2230—2013 Standard method of evaluating the resistance of wood-based panels to mold.The addition of mold-resistant agent did not significantly affect the mechanical strength,waterproof performance,formaldehyde emission and other physical and chemical properties of fibreboard.The physical and mechanical properties met the requirements for furniture fibreboard in dry state in GB/T 11718—2021 Medium density fibreboard,and the formaldehyde emission met the E0 level requirements specified in GB/T 39600—2021 Formaldehyde emission grading for wood-based panel and finishing products.
