摘　　要：为满足市场对宽幅大产能生产线的需求,对砂锯线技术及工艺进行研究,设计了一种宽幅大产能砂锯线的新型锯切工艺方案,通过改变砂锯线的锯切方式,提高砂锯线的产能。该新型锯切工艺方案采用了1套纵锯和2套横锯的锯切方案,实现了砂光线的产能最大化,缩短了锯切周期,进一步提高了砂锯线产能,满足了大产能连续压机生产线的配套要求。In order to met the needs of the market for wide width and large production capacity,the technology and process of sand saw line was studied,and a new sawing process design scheme of wide and large capacity sand saw line was developed,which improved the production capacity of sand saw line by changing the sawing method of sand saw line.This new sawing process design scheme adopts the sawing design scheme of one set of longitudinal saws and two sets of horizontal saws,which maximizes the production capacity of sand rays,shortens the sawing cycle,further improves the production capacity of sand sawing line,and meets the supporting requirements of large-capacity continuous press production lines.
