摘 要:以浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板为研究对象,用1 m^(3)气候箱探究不同厚度、不同甲醛释放量板材的甲醛释放量随释放时间的变化关系,并对不同空气置换率下板材的甲醛稳定释放量进行比较。研究结果表明,在1 m^(3)气候箱内,浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板的甲醛释放量均先迅速达到高浓度后逐渐降低并趋于稳定;随着1 m^(3)气候箱空气置换率的增加,浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板的甲醛释放量测试结果逐渐减小。同时,对甲醛释放量越高的板材,空气置换率对气候箱内空气中甲醛浓度的影响也越大。本研究推导的甲醛理论承载率计算公式,经试验验证具有较好的参考性。Taking the surface decorated particleboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins as the research object,the relationship between the formaldehyde emission of different thickness and different formaldehyde emission with the release time was explored in the 1 m^(3) climate chamber,and the stable formaldehyde emission of the decorated particleboard under different air replacement rates was compared.The results showed that the formaldehyde emission of the decorated particleboard reached a high concentration at first,then gradually decreased and tended to be stable in 1 m^(3) climate chamber.With the increase of air replacement rate in 1 m^(3) climate chamber,the formaldehyde emission test results of the decorated particleboard gradually decreased.At the same time,the higher the formaldehyde emission,the greater the impact of air replacement rate on the formaldehyde concentration in the air of the climate chamber.The formula for calculating the theoretical bearing rate of formaldehyde derived in this study had been verified by experiments to be of good reference.
