摘 要:本研究以富阳市秦望广场超大地下综合体一期基坑工程为研究对象,针对临江富水环境和特殊地下综合体与隧道合建形式给基坑工程带来的施工问题,分析了复杂地层条件下施工重、难点,从整体方案和具体方案的角度阐述了该类基坑工程的设计思路。表明深层基坑和大面积基坑合建时,可以考虑采用逆作法结合中心岛的施工方式,尽量缩减工期;在临江富水环境中,应严格控制地下水,隔断江水与地下水的水力联系。The Qinwang Plaza Super Large Underground Complex Project in Fuyang City,location with abundant water and the unique integrated construction form of the underground complex and tunnels have introduced a series of complex construction challenges for the excavation engineering.Taking the first-phase excavation as an example,this paper analyzes the key difficulties under complex construction conditions and discusses the design approach for such excavation projects from both overall and specific perspectives.For deep and large-area excavations constructed concurrently,the top-down construction method combined with a central island approach can be considered to minimize the construction period.In a riverside environment with abundant groundwater,strict control of groundwater and the isolation of hydraulic connections between the river and groundwater are essential.
