摘 要:文章旨在探讨数智化背景下,高职现代物流管理专业如何有效培养现场工程师的问题。研究主要围绕以下几个核心问题展开:一是数智化对物流管理专业教育内容和方法的影响;二是现场物流工程师应具备的数智化专业能力及其培养模式;三是高职院校在培养现场物流工程师过程中如何将理论与实践进行有机结合。通过对这些问题的深入分析,文章提出了一套适应数智化发展趋势的高职现代物流管理专业现场工程师培养模式,以期为物流行业的人才培养提供参考。This paper aims to explore how to effectively train site engineers majoring in modern logistics management in higher vocational colleges under the background of digital intelligence.The research will focus on the following core issues.The first is the impact of digital intelligence on the teaching content and methods oflogistics management major.The second is the digital intelligence professional ability and training mode that site logistics engineers should possess.The third is how to realize the organic combination of theory and practice in the process of training site logistics engineers in higher vocational colleges.Through the in-depth analysis of these problems,this paper puts forward a set of training modes for site engineers majoring in modern logistics management in higher vocational colleges to adapt to the development trend of digital intelligence,aiming at providing references for the talent training oflogistics industry.
