摘　　要：在“双循环”新发展格局与“数字经济”战略大力推进的背景下,物流行业作为经济发展的关键支撑,正在实现智能化、绿色化转型升级,为物流行业的高质量发展指明了方向,也对物流管理专业的人才培养提出了更高的要求。文章针对物流管理专业“运营管理”课程体系展开研究,剖析当前课程体系在设置、教学方法、实践教学及师资队伍等方面存在的问题,并结合物流行业发展需求,提出优化课程设置、创新教学方法、强化实践教学和提升师资力量等策略,以期助力构建更科学、高效,符合物流管理专业特色的“运营管理”课程体系,提高人才培养质量,满足物流行业对专业运营管理人才的需求。Under the new development pattern of"dual circulation"and the strategy of"digital economy",the logistics industry,as a key support for economic development,is undergoing intelligent and green transformation and upgrading,which points out the direction for the high-quality development of the logistics industry,and puts forward higher requirements for the training oflogistics management professionals.This paper conducts research on the"Operations Management"curriculum system in the logistics management major.It analyzes the existing problems in the current curriculum system in terms of curriculum setup,teaching methods,practical teaching,and the teaching staff.Combining with the development needs of the logistics industry,a series of strategies are proposed,such as optimizing curriculum settings,innovating teaching methods,strengthening practical teaching,and enhancing the teaching staff.The aim is to construct a more scientific and efficient"Operations Management"curriculum system that conforms to the characteristics of the logistics management major,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and meet the needs of the logistics industry for professional operations management talents.
