小净距盾构隧道联络横通道施工力学行为研究

摘  要:以深圳地铁8号线某小净距盾构隧道为工程依托,开展岩质地层矿山法施工联络横通道三维数值模拟,研究了横通道施工力学响应规律。研究结果表明:横通道开挖切割管片,对盾构隧道纵向影响范围大致为10m(6环管片),盾构隧道切口处应力集中较为显著,未超过管片抗拉强度。横通道开挖后塑性区仅在横通道与盾构隧道交接处拱顶分布,塑性单元较少,围岩整体处于弹性状态,采用喷锚支护能够满足安全需求。横通道施工引起的地表沉降曲线呈现V形分布,最大沉降量为0.03mm,横通道开挖对地表影响非常小。Based on a small clearance shield tunnel of Shenzhen Metro Line 8,a three-dimensional numerical simulation of the cross passage construction connection using rock strata mining method was carried out,and the mechanical response law of the cross passage construction was studied.The research results indicate that the longitudinal impact range of the transverse tunnel excavation and cutting of pipe segments on the shield tunnel is approximately 10 meters(6 ring pipe segments),and the stress concentration at the cut of the shield tunnel is more significant,not exceeding the tensile strength of the pipe segments.After the excavation of the transverse tunnel,the plastic zone is only distributed at the junction of the transverse tunnel and the shield tunnel arch,with few plastic units.The surrounding rock is in an elastic state as a whole,and the use of spray anchor support can meet safety requirements.The surface settlement curve caused by cross channel construction shows a V-shaped distribution,with a maximum settlement of 0.03 mm.The excavation of the cross channel has very little impact on the surface.
