摘  要:为优化设计和改造采区单轨吊物料运输系统,从高庄煤业有限公司矿井采区现有系统的设备组成、运行模式以及存在的问题着手,指出了系统改造的必要性,明确了设计目标和设计原则,并对设备选型和参数进行了设计。基于设计方案,进行了系统改造,对设备进行了安装与调试,并对经济效益进行了分析。结果表明,通过矿井采区单轨吊物料运输系统优化设计与改造,系统运行的稳定性及生产效率得到明显提高,安全性也得到了大幅改善。最后,对系统优化设计和改造应用效果进行评估和分析,总结了研究成果,并展望了未来的发展趋势。In order to optimize the design and renovation of the material transportation system of the monorail crane in the mining area,starting from the equipment composition,operation mode,and existing problems of the existing system in the mining area of Gaozhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the necessity of the system renovation was pointed out.In addition,the design objectives and principles were clarified,and the equipment selection and parameters were designed.Based on the design scheme,the system renovation was carried out,the equipment was installed and debugged,and the economic benefit was analyzed.The results showed that through the optimization design and renovation of the material transportation system of the monorail crane in the mining area,the operation stability and production efficiency of the system had been significantly improved,and its safety had also been greatly improved.Finally,the evaluation and analysis of the system optimization design and renovation application effects were conducted,and the research results were summarized,and future development trends were prospected.
