摘 要:为了快速、有效地对煤矿输送带钢绳芯运行状态进行无损检测,提出基于数字孪生的智能无损检测方法。首先,建立煤矿输送带钢绳芯的数字孪生系统,并基于数字孪生系统构建了煤矿输送带钢绳芯数学模型;其次,采用卡尔曼滤波方法,预测煤矿输送带钢绳芯运行状态;最后,提取煤矿输送带钢绳芯运行状态特征,建立双向自适应滑动时间窗口,实现了煤矿输送带钢绳芯运行状态智能无损检测。研究表明,所提方法具有较高的检测精度和可靠性,适用于煤矿输送带钢绳芯运行状态智能无损检测。In order to quickly and effectively perform non-destructive testing on the running state of the steel rope core of coal mine conveyor belts,an intelligent non-destructive testing method based on digital twin was proposed.Firstly,the digital twin system of steel rope core of coal mine conveyor belts was established,and the mathematical model of steel rope core of coal mine conveyor belts was constructed based on the digital twin system.Secondly,the Kalman filter method was used to predict the running state of the steel rope core of the conveyor belts.Finally,the characteristics of the running state of steel rope core of the conveyor belt were extracted,and a two-way adaptive sliding time window was established to realize the intelligent non-destructive testing of the running state of steel rope core of coal conveyor belts.The research showed that the proposed method had high detection accuracy and detection reliability,and was suitable for the intelligent non-destructive testing of the running state of steel rope core of coal mine conveyor belts.
