摘　　要：犯罪过程隐蔽、难以发现犯罪线索、难以固定证据是网络贩毒犯罪的特点,更是侦查活动的难点。在“互联网+寄递”的时代背景下,随着我国信息网络科学技术的发展、网民数量的增加以及物流寄递行业规模的增长,网络贩毒犯罪活动也愈发猖獗、严重,公安机关利用互联网数据及寄递信息进行犯罪情报分析也逐渐成为获取案件线索、侦破网络贩毒犯罪的最有效途径。通过介绍网络贩毒的现状、特点及此类犯罪情报分析的方法,对网络贩毒过程产生的数据进行犯罪情报分析,以期为治理网络贩毒提供新思路、新方法,推动我国禁毒工作高质量发展。The characteristics of network drug trafficking cases are hidden crime process,difficulty in finding clues and difficulty in fixing criminal evidence.In the era of“Internet and Express”,with the development of Internet technology,the increase of the number of Internet users and the growth of the scale of logistics delivery industry,network drug trafficking crimes have become increasingly rampant and serious,Public Security organs using Internet data and delivery information to carry out criminal intelligence analysis has gradually become the most effective way to obtain case clues and detect network drug trafficking crimes.This paper introduces the current situation,characteristics and methods of crime information analysis of network drug trafficking,analyzes the data generated in the process of network drug trafficking,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the control of network drug trafficking,and promote the high quality development of anti-drug work in our country.
