摘  要:为提高天然气净化厂脱硫酸气检测的安全性和及时性,采用傅立叶红外技术进行研究。通过支持向量机建立酸气多组分定量分析模型,实验结果显示H_(2)S、CO_(2)、CH_(4)等主要组分的决定系数均超过99%,均方根误差较小,满足生产现场的检测精度。在实际应用中,设计了取样及样气处理系统,并成功将傅立叶红外分析系统安装至生产现场。仪器稳定性和再现性均符合规定要求,可实时反映各组分浓度,为脱硫工艺提供了准确、及时的数据支持。To enhance the safety and timeliness of desulfurization acid gas detection in natural gas purification plants,this study employs Fourier infrared technology.A support vector machine is utilized to establish a quantitative analysis model for acidic gas multi-components.Experimental results indicate determination coefficients exceeding 99% for major components like H_2S,CO_2,and CH_4,with small root mean square errors,meeting on-site detection accuracy.In practical applications,a sampling and gas processing system is designed,and the Fourier infrared analysis system is successfully installed in the production site.The instrument's stability and reproducibility meet specified requirements,providing real-time reflection of component concentrations and delivering accurate and timely data support for the desulfurization process.
