摘 要:发电侧继电保护的定值整定是一个系统工程,由于运行方式的多样性、新能源运行方式的多变等特点让电网方式更加灵活,但它们对配电网的运行,尤其是保护系统的运行,产生了重大影响。考虑到这种情况,提出了一种自适应模糊蝙蝠算法用于继电保护系统,该算法可以在任何电网拓扑中计算定向过电流继电器的最佳设置,而无需调整初始参数。将该技术应用在了3总线测试系统。此外,将蝙蝠算法的性能与遗传算法、粒子群优化等算法进行了比较。结果表明,该方法具有高收敛速度、高鲁棒性和可接受的计算负担。同时优化了保护系统的协调能力,降低定值误整定风险,避免继电保护装置误动或拒动。此外,该方法还提高了继电保护运行可靠性和系统运行安全性,对分布式配电网的安全稳定运行具有重要的现实意义。The setting of relay protection on the generation side is a systematic project.Due to the diversity of operation modes and the variety of new energy operation modes,the grid mode is more flexible,but they have a significant impact on the operation of the distribution network,especially the operation of the protection system.Considering this situation,this paper proposes an adaptive fuzzy bat algorithm for relay protection system,which can calculate the optimal setting of directional overcurrent relay in any grid topology without adjusting the initial parameters.This paper applies this technology to the 3-bus test system.In addition,the performance of bat algorithm is compared with genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization and other algorithms.The results show that this method has high convergence speed,high robustness and acceptable computational burden.At the same time,the coordination ability of the protection system is optimized,the risk of setting error is reduced,and the maloperation or refusal of the relay protection device is avoided.In addition,this method also improves the reliability of relay protection and the security of system operation,which has important practical significance for the safe and stable operation of distributed distribution network.
