摘　　要：目的:观察行动研究法干预对高血压脑出血(HICH)患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择2021年7月至2023年6月福建省晋江市医院/上海市第六人民医院福建医院收治的HICH患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组实施行动研究法,对照组实施常规护理。比较2组患者入院当日和出院前1 d血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、神经功能缺损评分(NFDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)入睡时间、睡眠时间及睡眠效率评分。结果:出院前1 d,2组患者DBP、SBP、NFDS各项评分及入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行动研究法可显著提升HICH患者睡眠质量,改善其血压及神经缺损情况。Objective:To observe the effect of action research method intervention on the sleep quality of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:A total of 120 HICH patients admitted to Jinjiang Hospital(Shanghai Sixth People′s Hospital Fujian Hospital)from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received the action research method,and the control group received routine care.The blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],neurological deficit score(NFDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)sleep onset latency,sleep duration,and sleep efficiency scores of the two groups were compared on the day of admission and one day before discharge.Results:One day before discharge,the DBP,SBP,NFDS scale scores,sleep onset latency,sleep duration,and sleep efficiency of the two groups were all lower compared tothose before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The action research intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality,blood pressure,and neurological deficit of HICH patients.
