摘　　要：目的:分析奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月滨州市沾化区中医院急诊内科收治的消化性溃疡患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予西咪替丁治疗,观察组给予奥美拉唑治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,比较2组消化激素水平的变化差异,并比较2组患者的治疗有效率。结果:干预后,观察组胃泌素、胃动素、胃饥饿素水平显著高于对照组,观察组血管活性肠肽水平显著低于对照组,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡患者的治疗具有积极的应用前景,推广价值较高。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of omeprazole in treating peptic ulcers and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcers admitted to the Emergency Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhanhua District,Binzhou City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cimetidine,while the observation group was treated with omeprazole.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups.Changes in digestive hormone levels were compared,and the treatment efficacy rates of the two groups were also evaluated.Results:After intervention,the levels of gastrin,motilin,and ghrelin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The treatment effectiveness rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole has a positive application prospect in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcers and holds high value for promotion.
